Unveiling Our Machinery

Within our facility, you’ll discover a remarkable array of 15 well-maintained CNC machines, each a testament to our commitment to precision. Among these, our CNC Vertical Machining Centers include:

• Supermax Max 8 (50 Taper) with a generous 65″ x 30″ workspace.
• Mori-Seiki MV65 boasting a spacious 60″ x 26″ area.
• Fadal 6030, with an expansive 30″ x 60″ workspace.
• Fadal 3016 (4 AXIS), offering versatility within its 30″ x 16″ dimensions.
• Fadal 5020 (4 AXIS), with a generous 50″ x 20″ area for intricate machining.

Our CNC Horizontal Machining Centers include:

• Hitachi Seiki HG630II, equipped with Siecos Control and two 25″ pallets. This powerhouse offers 38″X, 36″Y, and 32″Z dimensions, with a 1-degree table index.

In addition to our machining centers, we feature a range of CNC Turning Centers, including the Fortune V-turn (36, 12″ x 24″), and Cincinnati Milacron 208 (12″ x 24″). Our facilities also house the impressive Lehigh MB (33″ x 120″ lathe) with a 6″ spindle bore, double chuck system, DRO, and various other manual lathes.

To complement our machining capabilities, we offer a CNC Vertical Boring Mill with the O-M TDC-12N, boasting a 63″ Swing x 49″ under rail, Fanuc 15T, and Live Tooling with C Axis. Additionally, we have a Bullard Vertical Boring Mill with a 57″ Swing.

Our facility is further equipped with a range of other equipment, including welding and fabrication capabilities encompassing MIG, TIG, Arc, and light fabrication equipment. For precise measurements, we utilize the Brown Sharp 2000 Coordinate Measuring Machine (18″ x 18″ x 20″). Our arsenal also includes a Bullard Boring Mill (63″). To complete the lineup, we have a selection of saws, including horizontal and vertical band saws, both manual and auto-feed.
